For the past 20 years, Maximo, or ‘Max’ dedicated his life to the preservation of the environment and making a change that matters.

Josephine De Lara learned baking from her mother. Now, she uses this skill to build her own family business. With the help of RAFI Micro-finance, she has made for herself a name in the baking industry through the power of the ‘word of mouth’, as her baked goods can be found almost anywhere. She supplies bakeries, canteens, hospitals and even events like birthdays and weddings. She even has a good number of “suki” in RAFI.

Engineer Ricky has been with Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) since July of 2008. He is responsible for the engineering projects, which includes the School Rehabilitation Programs (SRP) and the Gabaldon Restoration Program of the Education Development Unit (EDU) of RAFI.

Lydia is like any other mother who only wants the best for her family, but what makes her different is that she transformed herself from being a hotel pastry chef to becoming a catering business owner herself with the help of RAFI Micro-Finance. She accomplished this all for the love of her family.

Mark believes that he and the Information Technology support team of RAFI has a huge responsibility in helping the program teams accomplish their goals to shape the future.
