An old couple living in a remote barangay in Catmon town and is relying on the meager earnings of their daughter became the latest champion of the Dolores Aboitiz Children’s Fund of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI-DACF) for its early child care development initiatives.

Two puroks — Purok 6 of Barangay San Miguel and Purok Maalagaron of Barangay Ibabao –in the town shared their experiences in implementing the purok system, saying that it has brought the long-lost spirit of bayanihan or communal unity back to their community.

It was a fun and joyful moment for the children of RAFI employees last December 2, 2017 as RAFI Dolores Aboitiz Children’s Fund (RAFI-DACF) organized a one-day RAFI Children’s Day for the sons, daughter, nephews, nieces and grandchildren of RAFI employees.
