Being told you have cancer can be the most depressing news one can hear, especially if you are a child. Children with cancer usually cannot fully grasp what cancer is and its implications to their health. Eventually, they will notice that they have unusually low energy, they lose appetite, and their bones are weak that they cannot stand up by themselves and play.

The Kool Adventure Camp of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI-KAC) reached a milestone last June by conducting its 1,000th camp, nearly 20 years since it started running programs that have molded more than 50,000 campers to be leaders of change through powerful experience.

As part of its commitment to improve the quality of life of every cancer patient, the Eduardo J. Aboitiz Cancer Center of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI-EJACC), in partnership with AKVO Applied Psychology Center, once again journeyed with cancer patients and their families through a psychosocial activity.

The Kool Adventure Camp of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI-KAC), in coordination with KAC Agency staff, held its first KAC Sports fest last June 6, 2018 at the KAC Camp in Balamban.

The Microfinance Program of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI Micro-finance) main office staff had fun under the sun during the recently held RMF Summer Outing 2018 at Solea Mactan Cebu Resort in Lapu-Lapu City last May 19, 2018.

The Seal of Excellence in Education Development program of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI-SEED) is an annual data-gathering, monitoring, evaluating, and awards program which identifies outstanding public elementary and secondary schools in Cebu using an evidence-based scorecard, which started in 2016.
