Cimay was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1999. Today, eighteen years after, she is living life to the fullest after being declared cancer-free.

Melba started as a sales lady, and now she manages her own retail store with her entire family. With the help of RAFI Micro-finance, Inc. (RMF) she was able to expand her business and employ three people to help her run her ready-to-wear/ukay-ukay business.

Richard is one of the most recognizable facilitators of the Kool Adventure Camp of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI-KAC). Guided by the values his mother taught him, he is making real changes in his community and in the lives of the people he meets, most especially in the lives of the campers he facilitates, campers whose lives are forever changed.

Lucille, or ate Cille to her Hiyas Kayumanggi family (a youth development organization in Central Visayas and social arm of the Bread of Life church), helps in the development of children which includes leadership, personality and even spirituality.

Ricardo Mariscal or Ric, believes that having the right people, culture and most importantly, the opportunity to help people in his own way, are some of the reasons that made him stay in RAFI for two decades.

John Mick, or Jamik, is an educator, and a Kool Adventure Camp (KAC) Alumnus. He values educating students to become good citizens of the country.
