THE Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (Rafi) recently donated P3.5 million worth of test kits for coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) and medical supplies to the Department of Health (DOH) 7.

 
 

With the current coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic, RAFI, the Cebu-based Aboitiz family foundation, has tapped its RAFI MFI Nanays to help in its Covid-19 response effort in the Visayas.

 

RAFI Micro-finance, Inc. (RAFI MFI) has launched a free virtual consultation service for the benefit of its clients who may be reluctant to go to a hospital or healthcare facility during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

 

With the suspension of public transportation under enhanced community quarantine guidelines, healthcare workers and other frontliners have faced new challenges getting to and from their workplaces.

 

 

As part of its response to support and prioritize health care workers in the fight against the unrelenting pathogen COVID-19, the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) donated 3.5M worth of COVID-19 test kits and medical supplies, including molecular laboratory reagents, equipment and consumables to the Department of Health (DOH) – Region 7, to be used at the molecular lab intended for various community-based tests to be conducted by DOH.

RAFI – DACF is now extending the application of grant proposals for financial assistance on projects within the province of Cebu, that addresses issues on early childhood care and development focusing on health, nutrition and psycho-social needs.
