The Reputation Management Team of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) organized a media lunch and a museum tour last February 15 for its media partners that have been covering stories for the Foundation for the past years.

Started with an inclusive tour at the Casa Gorordo Museum (CGM), the guests revisited the colorful history of Cebu through the walls of the old Parian house.

“The CGM tour was great! I was really happy that I was able to join the tour. Honestly, I have not been to museum with a tour guide here in Cebu City. It was very refreshing for me that someone is explaining. It’s like jumping into a time-capsule. Even though that CGM is at the heart of the city, it seems like you were sent back to the past,” Nestle Semilla, Cebu Daily News reporter, shared.

After the CGM tour, lunch was served at the Azotea of the CGM. It was also an opportunity for some RAFInians to bond with the media guests. As a ‘Thank You’ token, the guests were given a variety of merchandise items from the museum, Kool Adventure Camp, and also a copy of the book The Foundation Called Ramon Aboitiz, which is written by Dr. Resil B. Mojares.

Present from the media were reporters, writers, and bloggers from different media outfits both from the traditional and online media. Some guests were from Brigada News FM, Cebu Daily News, Cebu Libre, lifeisbeyeetiful.com, Manila Bulletin, Morata Jesson blog, Philippine Information Agency 7, poeticisolation blog, SunStar, SunStar CDO, SunStar Network Exchange (Sunnex), and phliv.com.
